Once the attack starts, just dial them up and allow them to come to your aid. They can assist you and help talk you down from the escalated state you may find yourself in.
One super tip for ultra-convenience is to put your friend or buddies phone number on speed dial. Most phones have a feature that will allow you to set a key for speed dialing a given phone number. You could have their number under key “A” or something similar to where you do not need to think about it once in the throes of an attack.
