This is to be done slowly. Now your body will want to zoom through this. When you resist that temptation and instead breath out and in under a controlled fashion, your mind gets clearer. Your body gets extra oxygen that it otherwise does not get. And most of all you’ll find that the episode is passing quickly now due to your newfound levels of control.
